APPLIED ECOLOGICAL AUTHORITY

STYLE

This is an Interdimensionalist play using the expressionist style of theatrical performance. The characters have quite real thoughts and emotions and are not simple facades. Yet the world in which they exist has many more operative dimensions than the literal three dimensions of mundane physical appearance.

CHARACTERS

INSPECTOR (Selena Stewart)…a woman of about 35, professionally groomed

MR. GARDENER (Applied Ecological Security)…a man of about 50, rough-edged.

TOM CELINE (Trespasser)…an executive of about 40, disheveled yet orderly.

STEWART CELINE (Trespasser)…Tom’s sister, slightly older, less disheveled.

TOUR GUIDE…a supernatural being dressed in Alpine lederhosen

SHEPARDESS…a supernatural being who takes several forms

MR. ADAM ECOCHECK…an office supervisor about 62, professionally dressed..

LAMB…animated puppet.

LOUDSPEAKER…mechanical voice.
